Hi. Can I ask...is this costume something that will be needed as its own item (seen 'off' of Moom)? Or is it something that will be solely seen on Moom (Billy)? If it is something that is seen only on Moom then it would be easier to just create it as a texture (using the original Moom body). Eg. Select the original Moom, export his UV Map and add a texture map to his shader. As I said, whatever gets you to animation quickest is the solution and anything that avoids extra rigging/skinning helps that goal. Everything in the clothes model could be achieved using a texture.
